Team Leader Round Table

The forum was developed to allow line managers across a broad spectrum of businesses to meet on a regular basis to network & share best practices. Started in November 2009, the forum has gone from strength to strength, growing from the initial meeting with 10 delegates, to over 30 companies being represented. The group meets monthly and is located at a different contact centre each month.
